Yeah, that's about what I expected.  As a workaround until Andrew
updates the BF client, you could do

-        $libdir = "$tmp_loc/lib/postgresql";
+        $libdir = "$tmp_loc/lib";

at about line 429 of PGBuild/Utils.pm
