Hi Mikko

This sounds like a problem with Microsoft Windows not PostgreSQL, though
it may have been triggered by installing PostgreSQL.

For security PostgreSQL adds an extra user to your PC and runs as that
user.  It sounds like Windows has seen the extra user and decided to
give you the choice of who to logon as.  This may still only show you or
it may show the postgres user as well.

To fix this I would suggest searching for something like:
"Windows 7 Logon Automatically"
or which ever version of windows you're using.
