The problem is fixed and it was my problem. I DID NOT OPEN THE PORT 5432!!
I entered the lines:
postgresql 5432/tcp
postgresql 5432/udp
in the "etc/services" file, thinking this opens the port "5432", which
is not correct. Anyway, I am new to LINUX and it was my mistake.
