ERROR:  new row for relation "foo" violates check constraint "foo_dt_check"
test=# INSERT INTO foo (dt) VALUES ('2024-03-02');
ERROR:  new row for relation "foo" violates check constraint "foo_dt_check"

There's probably a more elegant way to do this.
