You likely want to keep this release terse, but as far as this new
feature, you may wish to consider snipping a bit from the example at

"PostgreSQL is privileged to lead .... blablabla An example of its
power.... blabbla".
Pretty big feature and a small sample could drive home that importance
to those who suspect an algorithm to be a new dance step.
