7.3 build of PostgreSQL JDBC Driver

Hi,

Where can I get the 7.3 build of the JDBC driver for PostgreSQL. We're
encountering the problem of text getting truncated. We're hoping this could
be solved by the lates driver. We're using PostgreSQL ver 7.1
