thanks. V1.3 Works

but there is something wrong with the signature.
it does not starts with the gatekeeper setting „App Store and Identified developers“
but it works when gatekeeper was set to „anywhere“ (at least once)

btw:
i use the following command in a loop over all libs to verify my osx builds:

otool -l ~/Desktop/pgAdmin\ 4.app/Contents/Frameworks/libssl.1.1.dylib | grep "cmd LC_VERSION_MIN_MACOSX" -A3     cmd
LC_VERSION_MIN_MACOSXcmdsize 16 version 10.9     sdk 10.12 

you can grep the output for the expected min-version
eg:

otool -l ~/Desktop/pgAdmin\ 4.app/Contents/Frameworks/libssl.1.1.dylib | grep "cmd LC_VERSION_MIN_MACOSX" -A3 | grep
"10.9"
if [ $? -ne 0 ]; then -> failed
