Server Status error

When choosing "Server Status" from the Tools menu, I get this error:

"Column not found in pgSet: query_start"

and then the application hangs.  And, indeed, there is no result column
'query_start' returned by:

SELECT * FROM pg_stat_activity ORDER BY procpid;

What's the deal?
