Spanish version of the PostgreSQL "Advocacy and Marketing" site is ready

Hi everyone,

Thanks to Alvaro Herrera <alvherre@dcc.uchile.cl>, the Spanish
translation of the PostgreSQL "Advocacy and Marketing" site is now
completed and ready for public use:
