Oops I've misunderstood GetXmaxRecent() until now.
Now I'm checking the current source.
Hmm is there any place setting proc->xmin other than
the following ?

[in storage/ipc/sinval.c]      if (serializable)              MyProc->xmin = snapshot->xmin;
