SNMP MIBs and Postgresql

Hello,

    Are there any tools available that would help integrate Simple
Network Management Protocol (SNMP) Management Information Base (MIB)
files into Postgresql?
That is, I would like to be able to take an ASN1 formatted SNMP MIB file
and have "something" read this file as input and create the data
structures (tables, sequences, relations...) in Postgresql.
