Installation of PostgreSQL 6.5

Hi!  Just wanted to drop someone a note regarding my recent
installation of the PostgreSQL 6.5 database.

Version:  V 6.5

OS:  RedHat 6.0 Linux

Hardware:  i586

Regression Tests:  All compiled, and ran cleanly.

Patches:  None required for Postgres.  However!  I did have to
patch the Makefile for libpgtcl so that the crypt lib would get
linked in with the libpgtcl library.  This, of course, was
required in order for pgaccess to work (something which most
db admins appreciate using!)
