tcl library doc

Dear Everybody,

    We have a project and we would like to use Postgresql 6.3.2-10 and
tcl 8.0 to work together throught the cgi.tcl lib via the "www" but we
would like to know if there is a documentation about the libpgtcl.so.1
under Linux RedHat 5.2 to "HowTo" connect to the postmaster and do some
sql queries and get the result with a tcl script ?
