broken web pages

The new web pages have broken the registry cgis. you get the source
instead.

http://looking-glass.usask.ca/postgresql/software/tools.cgi

Oh, and the 'Main Page' button at the top of the 'Main Index' in the
left frame opens a new browser for me, instead of changing the righthand
frame.

And the 'Main Index' link at the top of the 'Mailing lists' does a 404,
(a problem with the BASE?)
