Postgres failed to compile, here is the error

Please describe a way to repeat the problem. Please try to provide a
concise reproducible example, if at all possible:

Just try to compile with version of 2.8.1. of gcc. NB. I've tried with
the native cc instead of gcc and again the code fails to compile, but
for a DIFFERENT reason. I'm going to try to solve the problem above.
If you know how this problem might be fixed, list the solution below:
