    * src/bin/scripts/createlang.sh (REL7_3_STABLE): Correct oversight
    in createlang: test for pre-existing handler function was broken by
    opaque->language_handler change.  I see this is already fixed in
    CVS tip, but must back-patch for 7.3.3.
