Recent CFbot failure

I noticed that following CF entry only modifies code comments but
CFbot complains it fails on Windows - Server 2019, VS 2019 - Meson &
ninja.

I guess this means that either:

1) master branch has some issues on the platform

2) CFbot has some issues on the platform

or both. Any idea?
