While reading parallel.sgml, I met with following sentence.
If this occurs, the leader will execute the portion of the plan between below the <literal>Gather</> node entirely
byitself, almost as if the <literal>Gather</> node were not present.
Maybe "the portion of the plan between below" shoud have been
"the portion of the plan below"?
