pgpool2 is one of the packages needing more love on the Debian side.
If someone does the update in git I can upload the package. (Plus
there's also 3.4.1.)

Iirc last time I touched the package there was a problem with running
the regression tests, that's why git is at 3.4.0, but nothing was
uploaded.
