Do you plan to have
ALTER EXTENSION ... UPGRADE TO VERSION ...
, or the more general,
ALTER EXTENSION ... ALTER VERSION TO ... ?
I get that this might not be a 9.1 feature, but it's sure to be one
people who need to deploy software want. A lot.
