BUG #5170: Source files missing

Howdy!

I downloaded the source files from:

http://www.postgresql.org/ftp/source/v8.4.1/
File: postgresql-8.4.1.tar.gz

And found that .c files are missing from the following folders

src\backend\utils\mb\conversion_procs\
utf8_and_euc_jis_2004\utf8_and_euc_jis_2004.c
utf8_and_shift_jis_2004\utf8_and_euc_jis_2004.c
euc_jis_2004_and_shift_jis_200\utf8_and_euc_jis_2004.c

Then I checked postgresql-8.4.1.tar.bz2 this was okay and contained all the
files.

Whats going on? Are these two distrubution files different?
