Description: postgresql.conf and other .conf not created
Details:
During installation I found that the postgresql.conf and other *.conf files
were not created in the default ../data directory (program files/8.3 ...).
Otherwise the installation completes but with the following error:
Problem running post-install step. Installation may not complete correctly
Error reading file C:/Program Files/PostgreSQL/8.3/data/postgresql.conf
