pllua - pllua: - Keep package table in pllua - Added pllua_validator -

- Keep package table in pllua
- Added pllua_validator
- trigger.old now holds old row in upvalue before row operation triggers
- Improved Makefile
- pllua.init table is now optional
- Use '...' as argument if any argname is missing in function declarations.
