i've tried tweaking pg_hba.conf and postgresql.conf but to no avail. i think it has to do with my tweaking of the
defaultdata directory of the postgresql. i changed it to /usr/depot/pgsql/data. it's really weird cause using psql i
couldconnect to the database with no problem, but with phppgadmin and pgaccess it is really frustrating.
