pginstaller - pginst: Add support for adding and removing features of

Add support for adding and removing features of the installation on the fly, using Add/Remove Programs or by opening
theMSI file again after the installation. 

Add support for uninstall using the MSI file, not just using the Remove button in Add/Remove Programs.
