hi ,

I installed postgresql on windows using cygwin.

I installed it under administrator of the windows
machine.
But I want to create a different administrator for
postgresql server, not the
admin of the windows.
how can I do this ?
I tried searching in archives but I did not find the
answer.
could some one please help me?
