Error in installation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need help is am trying to install the pgsql for windows  at the end of the installation its not asking for the password and username of the system. I mean its not installing properly. And while starting the Installation those guys (pgsql guys) are saying that it should ask for password and username of the system Else it is not a correct installation.And also its not installed correctly
