This worked:

CREATE SEQUENCE phpgw_ttrack_job__job_id_seq START 245;

ALTER TABLE phpgw_ttrack_jobs
    ALTER job_id SET DEFAULT nextval('phpgw_ttrack_job__job_id_seq');
