I've met a situation, in which I need to do the following:
- LC_COLLATE=uk_UA.CP1251
- initdb with this LC_COLLATE
Question: what should I add to configure arguments so that I can
correctly convert via PGCLIENTENCODING to KOI8, WIN, UNICODE?
