Can't Install Postgres on Cygwin

Dear,

I have installed Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0. Then I have
installed the latest version of Cygwin from
www.cygnus.com or another mirror site.
When I tried to install PostgreSQL 7.2.1, I had an
error like this :

FYI, my platform is win2K profesional.
What should I do now ? I have tried to copy "winver.h"
file or change with another one. But nothing better
happened :o(
I have attached my winver.h too. Are there something
missing with this file ?
Might I re-install Visual C++ ?
