Bug #687: cannot " create table copy (..."

Long Description
The following fails in PSQl 7.1.3 on RedHat 7.2 :

Begin

create table copy (
public text,
....
...
);


I know copy and public are reseverd words but I'm porting a Database frm Mysql.
