Paradox to PostgreSQL?

Are there any unities that would convert a Paradox table to a PostgreSQL
table? Or does any one know of a open source libraries to read from a Paradox
table?

I need to convert Paradox tables on our old computers to our new PostgreSQL
system and I don't want to use windoze to do it.
