postgresql-odbc-7.2-1PGDG.i386.rpm lacks the actual shared library

Long Description
The packet contains just a symbolic link "/usr/lib/libpsqlodbc.so" which points to "libpsqlodbc.so.0.27". The file is
missingfrom the package.
