Mail archive broken again

If I look at the hackers listing by date for 2001-01 at:

    http://www.postgresql.org/mhonarc/pgsql-hackers/

I see:

    http://www.postgresql.org/mhonarc/pgsql-hackers/2001-01/index.html

which only has stuff 01-21 and later.  However, the mbox link shows the
full contents.
