I'm using cygwin-20 to emulate bash under windows. I have change directory to src/interfaces/jdbc and run the make command but the following error appeard.

I have no idea on how to solve this.
Please describe a way to repeat the problem. Please try to provide a
concise reproducible example, if at all possible:
