Compile Errors on Mac OS X 10.14.6 (fatal error: 'iODBC/sqltypes.h'file not found)

Dear PostgreSQL ODBC driver team,

I would like to use the ODBC driver together with iODBC.

As for the steps that I performed so far, I installed iODBC using the installer provided on the webpage
(http://www.iodbc.org/dataspace/doc/iodbc/wiki/iodbcWiki/Downloads#Mac%20OS%20X),and then went ahead trying to compile
thedriver:

I also tried with /usr/local/ for the path … the error then is  "./psqlodbc.h:136:10: fatal error: 'iodbcinst.h' file
notfound” instead. 

Since my experience with C(++) and compiling is pretty limited, I appreciate any help!
