I have added a List manipulation section to the developers FAQ on the
web site.
Developers, please keep in mind that lcons adds to the front of the
list, so it is quicker than lappend, if the order of the List is not
important.
I am going to go through tomorrow and see which lappends I can convert
to lcons.
