Tcl/Tk interface for Postgres95

hello,
what i have to do to use tcl/tk interface with postgres95.
-- i select appropriate options in config files before compiling postgress
   and after compilation it produces some libraries and pgtclsh and pgtksh.
-- where should i put above library files, because i already have some
   tcl/tk scripts (tcl-version 7.5) which make use of tclsh.
   OR
   pgtclsh and pgtksh provide same functionalities as standard tclsh and tksh
   and on top of it these provide postgress calls also.
