Hello,

Looks like the following items under the following URL are no longer
available. I am getting 404s when accessing any of them:
https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/17/redhat/rhel-10-aarch64/

Reproduction Steps:
Navigate to the following URL, to download the rpm:
https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/17/redhat/rhel-10-aarch64/pg_hint_plan_17-1.7.0-3PGDG.rhel10.aarch64.rpm

Expected: Success, the file is downloaded
Actual: 404 Not Found
