BUG #16587: Error when download

Description:

I have tried to download all versions on my pc and every time I get the same
message which is:

cannot identified, probably because my pc is in greek

Also, I already had the pgadmin4 on my pc but I got the following message so
I tried to delete and redownload the program:

"147.102.40.25" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432? 》
