BUG #16298: the repo files have an unnecessary alphabet and it is effecting the parsing of the repo file

Description:

This repo file has 2 errors and it is affecting the parsing process of the
repo file

line numbers 196 and 203. 

line 196: "[pgdg96-updates-debuginfo]k"        (i think the "k" at the end
is not supposed to be there)
line 203: "[pgdg95-updates-debuginfo]k"        (i think the "k" at the end
is not supposed to be there)

 the link of the repo file which contains the mistake

please correct me if i'm wrong
