Query tool does not load pgadmin 4

Hello,
I am using pgadmin 4.18 and the query editor just keeps spinning and says
loading. I have two connections(local and external) but both have same
issue. 

Troubleshooting:
- Tried using different browser.
- Cleared cookies and history
- Tried using previous versions 4.17, 4.15
 Still no go
- version 3.x seems to be working fine but I need geometric view


Every other client seems to be working fine like omnidb and dbeaver

I have had similar issue with 4.17 twice but restarting pgadmin helped then.

Can you please help?
