While Installing PEM Server found error

Dear Team,

We tried to Re-install "Pem-server-7.2.0-1-windows-x64.exe" Server on
windows 10 with 64 bit machine.but when click on above exe found below
error...Please suggest

We have executed below exes for uninstalling Postgresql but still getting
same error: 
1)uninstall-postgresql.exe
2)uninstall-sqlprofiler.exe
3)Run Clean regedit.
4)Restart machine

There has been an error.
The PEM server cannot be installed on a machine with an existing PEM agent
installation.
