protocol.sgml says
<term>START_REPLICATION XXX/XXX</term> <listitem> <para> Instructs backend to start streaming WAL, starting
atpoint XXX/XXX.
Am I correct in thinking that this is wrong, and streaming actually
starts with the byte after XXX/XXX?
