I think the current view is it's better to have a mirror with a different directory than no mirror at all. it's easily dealt with from the website side of things but just generating the appropriate links. do you have a breakdown on what the official directory structure ought to look like, and how many mirrors would be affected if we dropped them for non-compliance?
