LF <-> CR/LF conversion

Hello,

We have a problem with the LF <-> CR/LF conversion in Delphi5.

If we enable it we get, with certain record, the error message "Couldn't
perform the edit because another user changed the record.".

Disabling CR/LF conversion solves this problem but it means our reports
get screwed up. Either way a disaster for us.

This seems to be a recent problem since, due to a crash, we started
using the latest odbc driver. Unfortunately I don't know which version
we used before.

Any ideas how to solve this problem?
