CRecordSet::GetFieldValue() randomly fails on v7.01.0010

Hello Again,

I've come across a case while using the v7.01.0010 driver where the
CRecordSet::GetFieldValue() function fails to return data; it throws an
exception. This is a case where the v7.01.0008 driver behaved
"normally". I prepared a VC++ project + tiny database schema that
reproduces the bug. I'm willing to send it to anyone interested to
debug.
