Adding routes

Hi;

I have configured postgresql with freeradius on FC6, I need to know how to add multiple subnets for one user.

For example:

user1     Framed-Route  :=            x.x.x.x

I need to assign another subnet for this same user:

User1    Framed-Route  :=            x.x.x.x and y.y.y.y

How can I added it? What is the exact command?

I am using EMS postgresql to monitor and update the database.
