 Description:
 ============

 Trigger option is missing from privileges tab for table and View if trying
 to create table through right click or edit table and view from properties
 tab.

 Steps:

 1. Launch pgAdmin
 2. Connect to server
 3. Click on database edb
 4. Click on table/View
 5. Right Click and Add New table/View
 6. Click on privileges tab
 7. Trigger option is missing.
