Yes, that is because PostgreSQL doesn't allow you to change these options. PostgreSQL 7.3 (released last Wednesday) willallow you use of Schemas, and you can also edit column defaults and null/not null. You can also now drop columns whichyou couldn't do in 7.2.x.
